"Locusts Here, Locusts There, Locusts Seem to be Everywhere" Amos' intercession for Israel reminds us of Christ's intercession for us. Jesus takes the real punishment we deserve for our sin, and he takes it upon himself, that we might live. Our sin is not far off or unreal. It is there on the cross. Praise be to God for this inexpressible gift!
