Summary
Are you able to tell the account of Jonah? The book of Jonah is more than just a “Fish Tale.” Jonah was called by God. He was sent with a mission that he didn’t want to fulfill. He was sent with a purpose that he only half-heartedly attempted. Jonah may be a prophet of God, but he is filled with anger and pride, hypocrisy and spiritual blindness. How does Jonah’s story intersect with our own? Where is God trying to speak into our lives but we just aren’t listening? Turn to the God of second chances as we dive deep into God’s grace and goodness, his law and gospel.
