Summary
“Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged—Take it to the Lord in prayer.” The hymn “What a Friend We Have in Jesus” reminds us of the great invitation and blessing we have from God to be able to turn to Him in every time of need. In the midst of a world overtaken by trial, temptation, trouble, worry, and anxiety, are we fully utilizing the gift of prayer?
