Summary

Moses and the Israelites have been through a bumpy ride on what became a very long road trip to the promised land. Despite all the issues that arose, God has abundantly provided along the way. Our text today from Numbers 11 raises all sorts of questions in our own lives, “How well do see and receive the abundant blessings of God?” “How well do we handle the pressures of responsibility in our lives?” “How well do we see the work of the Spirit among God’s people?” Jesus, the Greater Moses, has come to bring us peace in the midst of the pressures of life, for he has carried our burdens and dealt with our sorrows.
