Today he addresses the important question, “How does a Christian get through the trials and challenges of life?” James uses a multiplicity of illustrations and allusions to help us understand the value, benefit, and rewards that come through times of trial. But he doesn’t leave us without the good news of the resources, the means, and the blessings that are ours in Christ Jesus.
